1. Produce the Annual Revenue Plan, Marketing Budgets and Forecasts
2. Produce Action Plan related to the Revenue Plan to ensure Revenue Plan objectives are achieved
3. Develops and implements a Sales Action Plan that is aimed to maximize revenue potentials from all market segments.
4. Develops and implements the Marketing Master Plan which includes a comprehensive
5. Responsible for optimizing occupancy and capacity management of all food and beverage outlets and banquet facilities (optional)
6. Strategizes and implements promotional programs and all packages that serve particular business objectives (food promotions, beverage promotions, etc.)
7. Set, propose, and pursue sales targets, budgeted revenues for both outlets and each segments, sales executive
8. Manages and builds effective relations with networks of sales distribution channels such as corporations, tours & travel, organizations & institutions, hospitality establishments, online business partners, etc.
9. Manage and guide, motivate the team
