Distributor Training cum Service Planning Executive

1. Training Program and Certificate Scheme
- Collaborate with members in the training section to compose and update training materials for both Gastroenterology (GIR) and Surgical (SP) products. Seek advice from department managers and section managers to improve the content.
- Conduct annual distributor training.
- Develop plans and prepare for each training session.
- Implement training for distributor engineers by working closely with members in the training section.
- Collaborate and lead distributor engineers in service coverage reinforcement activities based on the distributor training.
2. On The Job Training (for Distributors)
- Accompany as FSE (Field Service Engineer) staff to implement On-The-Job Training (OJT) for distributor engineers according to the training schedule.
- Assess distributor engineers’ skills and knowledge through on-site activities. Provide measurable feedback to distributor engineers after OJT and incorporate improvement ideas into the training.
3. Infection Prevention Business
- Create and propose action plans to improve the reprocessing environment, minimizing contamination risks related to Olympus products.
- Collaborate with marketing members to develop and propose action plans for disseminating information about Endoscope Reprocessor (OER-AW) and High Level Disinfectant (ACECIDE).
- Participate in workshops, events, and demonstrations alongside the Sales Management and marketing team to promote OER and ACECIDE.
4. Meeting and Report
- Regularly report training activities to the section manager to receive timely and effective advice.
- Attend required meetings as directed by the section manager and provide meaningful insights into team members’ actions.
5. Internal Training
- Attend mandatory training sessions assigned by the section manager.
- Conduct training sessions, offering guidance and advice to junior team members.
6. Others
- Consult with customers to set up new endoscopy rooms.
- Handle other tasks assigned by line managers.
