Key objective:
Supporting business team to deliver successfully through & Safeguarding the digital system execution to secure cross-functional coordination on:
1. Digital platform readiness & user services
2. System’s data maintenance & quality processing
3. System service/system smooth delivery & improvement
Job responsibility:
1. Set up & maintain master data:
Specifically for Distributor Management System (DMS) but not limited to:
a. Core master data:
- Master data (DT information/salesmen information/ route..).
- Inventory matching/ discrepancies reconciliation.
b. Promotion:
- Cross-check ordering vs mechanism/Lexia control/reconciliation
- Upload approved promotions/amend promotion mechanism where arisen
- Monthly setup promotions/claims as per Commercial team’s request
c. System Account: Handheld (HH) device installation, password reset.
2. System troubleshooting, testing, and training
a. Troubleshooting:
- Act as 1st contact point for receiving, and responding to queries/requests/issues reported by system users.
- Escalate requests/issues to IT global and vendor, support them with needed information to perform their investigation, and ensure permanent solution or temporary workaround to meet pre-defined SLA.
b. System testing:
- Verify all system features deployed with real business scenarios before going LIVE to avoid system disruption and ensure data integrity.
- Incorporate with vendors to provide an accurate user guide to end users.
- Conduct per-request/periodical training activities to system users.
3. Others, but not limited to,
a. Project-based tasks
b. Assignments by Line Manager where appropriate
