Monthly visit dealers, IRs and parts wholesalers to better understand the current parts wholesale ecosystem, needs, opportunities and key players.
Appoint one (1) Parts Wholesale Specialist to support Ford Business Development Manager (FCSD)
Work with Ford Vietnam and lead stakeholders both internally and externally for a smooth
Work with Ford Vietnam to Develop market study to understand overall parts wholesale business environment and competition on Vietnam markets.

Support the development of a strategy to implement the wholesale PSN program incl. fixed/variable marketing programs for wholesale activities.

Apply general business principles to support dealers enhance their performance.
Involved in the development and implementation of promotion campaigns and marketing
