Daily fulfillment KPI: ensure orders pick-pack-handover on-time by fulfillment partner. Make sure partner comply to SOP provided. Contribute to handling growing amount of orders efficiently.
Daily check products feature and inventory on marketplaces. Comply to provided standard of product listing
Support with enabler and regional team on stores imagery.
Collect and categorized all invoices, payment documents before submitting to FIN. Submitting payment documents on-time for monthly payment.
Collect data and fill in reports as requested.
Weekly check return orders. Follow up to make sure no missing orders.
Check emails from Skechers Website and reply to E-commerce ralated subject.
Prepare paperwork including approval, vendor contract... and collect signatures/approval as requested.
