Job Summary
This position will take key responsibilities for developing and operating TikTokshop & Social commerce for INNISFREE Vietnam.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Strategy & Planning
Build up online business strategy of Innisfree VN across online channels including Tiktokshop Social Commerce (C-com & Live commerce).
Build up strong commercial plan to excellent monthly online business plan, promotional campaigns and commercial offers across incharge platforms.
Develops customer insight, customer journey through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchase. KPIs: revenue, traffic, CR, speed-to-market, promotion budget.
Analyze & define source of growth for incharge channel.
2. Communication & Negotation
Ensures that the online brand presence by cooperating with E-MKT and Brand team for media strategy (TiktokAds) and online activities.
Work closely with operation team (CS & Logistic) to ensure customer experience across online platforms in term of stock readiness, delivery and after sales service.
Manage C-com team member to deliver best customer experience.
Drives relationship with partners to ensure synergies between the brand’s own activities and partners. ( MCN, agency, etc,..).
Negotiate & cooperate with external partners to deliver execution plan, adhoc case.
3. Execution & Report
Manage online monthly and yearly targets in terms of sales, channel awareness and P&L.
Manage Brand on the platform (Tiktokshop, Social Commerce (C-com & Live commerce)) to deliver business expectations
Drive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, and a seamless customer experience online, including managing CRM, loyalty programs and ensure website UX/UI.
Standby Livestream, ensure all contents are delivered correctly (Brand DNA, product info, promotion scheme, …)
Responsible for data analysis & reporting and proactively come up with recommendations to improve performance & increase sales.
Responsible for daily Tracking & Monthly Performance Report for key learning, project review & improvement point for upcoming campaigns.
Follow internal process & submit document for monthly reconciliation, payment, contract, etc...
4. Marketing budget management and KPI-setting.
5. Others that are requested by leaders.
