BENEFITS
Base salary: base salary 9tr - 12tr (negotiable based on experience) + monthly & quarterly commission. Average monthly income 15t - 20tr, with stable monthly renew students & new leads from marketing activities.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Required working availability on Saturday and Sunday; Days off 1.5 days on weekdays.
60% Education Consultant (New+ Re-enrollment Cluster)
- Be responsible for monthly revenue target of assigned new opportunities & re-enrollment (re-new) of students
- Conduct end of course/year reviews with parents and academic team to support re-enrollment process
- Assisting trials classes, events and delivering consultations to clients to map suitable learning programmes for the children.
- Ensure parent & student are well supported from the beginning until the end of the course
40% Clients Care
- Together with Customer Service Team & Academic Management team, act as a main contact point for the Parents and students, build strong relationships with clients through weekly/monthly calls, reviews, messages and emails
- Update parents on monthly report card, mid-term test results, end-of-course projects, results of final test & competitions, as well as sharing monthly school updates on news & past/upcoming activities
- Handle clients requests, promptly report to Academic Manager & Program Director to offer relevant solutions to the clients
- Interact with teachers on a daily basis to ensure student learning progress at campus and notify parents when there are concerns
- Ensure systems data compliance within campus
- Create a fun, safe learning environment for all students
