Education Project Coordinator

Kidspire is an educational international not-for-profit organization. Since 2009, Kidspire has utilized a S.T.E.A.M. program as our platform for supporting children in their preparation to face the challenges they encounter upon leaving the orphanage and transitioning into their young adult lives.
FOCUS 360 is a new 2-year pilot program of Kidspire Vietnam that will run in 3-key orphanages from 2024 to 2026. Project Coordinators of the Focus 360 program will work with the Kidspire management team to surround participating students from these orphanages with opportunities to address obstacles in their lives that may interfere with their advancement towards staying in school, finishing high school, and advancing to college or university. The Project Coordinator will be asked to coordinate all aspects of this important pilot program, while helping Kidspire management to determine if these additional services can help to improve outcomes for participating students.
Salary:
Salary Net salary: 7,500,000 vnd* + Monthly accommodation support
Tet bonus: 50% of 1 month salary
*Please note. Kidspire could consider a salary increase of up to 1,000,000 vnd per month higher for candidates with at least 1 year of proven experience in relevant educational settings. All candidates at Kidspire are eligible for ongoing salary raises each year, for good demonstrated performance.
Contract Period
At least 2 year
Trial period: July 2024 - Sept 2024
Kidspire intends that this role could be continued after Sept 2024 if both parties agree that employer and employee are a good match for continued cooperation.
Working hours:
9:00 - 17:00
5 days per week
35 hours per week
From July to Sept: Mon - Fri (in Ho Chi Minh City)
Oct - May: Wed - Sun (in Kien Giang), travel to Ho Chi Minh City or different cities/ provinces in the last week of each month

:
Social and health insurance is to be paid according to the laws of Vietnam and included within the gross wages paid to the employee. Employer will pay 18% social insurance; 3% health insurance, 1% unemployment insurance. Employee will pay 8% social insurance, 1.5% health insurance, 1% unemployment insurance
