*** Context:
Damen Song Cam Shipyard is a production facility delivering various Damen ship types. Basic designs and main components are delivered to DSCS by Damen Shipyards Gorinchem. DSCS will provide the detailed engineering, and information for the supply chain and production.
Commissioning and Sea trials department is a part of the Production department of Damen Song Cam Shipyard. This department is responsible for the verification and start-up of ship systems to secure good operation of all installations on board.
*** Responsibilities:
- Setting up, operating installations and finishing testing programs following HAT/SAT protocols for electrical systems
Cài đặt, vận hành và hoàn thiện các chương trình kiểm tra cho hệ thống điện theo quy trình thử tại bến và thử biển
- Checking, supporting and coordinating the activity of OEM suppliers during commissioning phase
Kiểm tra, hỗ trợ và điều phối công việc của các đơn vị thầu phụ trong quá trình vận hành
- Reporting test data in HAT/SAT documents as well as for improvement points/standardisation
Báo cáo số liệu khi thử tại bến và thử biển, cũng như là cho các ý kiến cải tiến hay tiêu chuẩn hóa
- In pre-commissioning phase, doing pre checks for cable installations and completeness of connections to support efficient commissioning of systems
Trong giai đoạn kiểm tra ban đầu trước khi vận hành hệ thống, kiểm tra việc lắp đặt đường dây và đấu nối để hỗ trợ việc vận hành hệ thống hiệu quả
- Checking electrical drawings and signalling issues. Providing improvement proposals to the Engineering department
Kiểm tra các bản vẽ điện và tín hiệu điện. Đề xuất các phương án cải tiến tới bộ phận thiết kế.
- Participating at sea trials phase, during Damen Shipyard supply trips of ships to their client destination, solving issues and that may arise.
Tham gia vào quá trình thử biển, chạy bàn giao tàu cho các khách hàng, giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh có thể xảy ra
