Bosch Car Multimedia
team is looking for full-time Embedded Project Manager
working at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
The CM team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance
Linux/Android-based systems.
Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker.
Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home Appliance products.
Responsible for the EMB SW Project Manager
with respect to the aspects "on time", "on spec/quality" and "on budget" according to project level agreement:
- Profound knowledge and expertise of SAFe / Scrum methodology
- Profound knowledge about SAFe / Scrum KPI's (Velocity, Burn-down charts)
- Profound knowledge of Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Incremental Development)
- Experience in organizing SAFe / Scrum related meetings (Daily stand-up, Sprint planning, Backlog refinement, Sprint review, Sprint retrospective)
- Understanding of basic SAFe / Scrum roles (Product Owner, Scrum Master, Development Team)
- Proven track record of managing (distributed) agile teams
- Ideally knowledge and experience with Kanban
- Ability to communicate, discuss and escalate topics to all hierarchy levels
- Experience in resource planning and management
- Handling Integration Management (Project Guide, Change Management, Lessons Learned)
- Excellent collaboration skills and experience with the collaboration of business stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritization skills
- Ability to identify and proactively eliminate impediments for the development team
- Know-how of development of Safety SW and ASPICE process
