Mô tả công việc
- Leading WCM activities: PM Step 0, Reliability pillar, PM project, etools (eTag – eEWO – eCheck…), 5S, Workplace layout, Energy, CMMS.
- Accountable for safe Engineering activities. Will promote, teach, and improve safety systems and procedures to employees and contractors such as LOTO, permits to work, contractor control, machine safety, Combustion standard (23rd standard), safety audits, etc.
- Oversees timely completion of breakdown root cause analysis and countermeasure implementation (eEWO).
- Gradually improves the professional maintenance status of all equipment on a prioritized basis using WCM techniques and practices.
- Develop and implement efficient systems, tools, and processes to streamline maintenance and project engineering activities—leverage technology to optimize workflow, data management, and reporting within the department.
- CO2 reduction & sustainability follow Group strategy and requirements. Ensure equipment and personnel adhere to all Safety and Environmental requirements and standards.
- Support and spread the use of WCM tools within the department.
- Maintain, use, and train the CMMS system.
- Identifies and executes development for the Engineering team in both technical and soft skills. - Develop multi-year plans to improve reliability at world-class levels.
- Works with planners and spare part supervisors to ensure spare holding is optimized and coherent with the professional maintenance equipment requirements.
- Works with maintenance lead personnel and the maintenance planner to ensure correct prioritization and timely completion of all work orders and sets out work on a weekly or day-to-day basis.
- Manage Capex projects & improvement projects.
- Coordinate engineering activities with other departments to minimize plant downtime and maximize safety.
- Plan, utilize, and manage contractors.
- Ensure the sustainability of completed improvements by the engineering team.
- Leads the engineering team in developing self-planning and execution processes for daily, weekly, and monthly PMs and work orders, ensuring proper prioritization, human resource, and physical asset utilization.
- Management of the engineering team to provide optimal support to meet production and quality requirements.
- Understands cost and downtime trends and identifies projects for corrective action.
