- You will be responsible to drive the project, people and competency for embedded/automotive V&V, Automation and Virtualization
- Your area of responsibility also includes participation in business planning, strategy and talent acquisition
- In addition, you will coach and accompany your associates in their personal development as well as professionally and methodically from requirements development through design and implementation to integration and different phases of testing.
- You will act as Engineering/Delivery Manager for embedded/automotive V&V, Automation and Virtualization projects/customers/portfolio distributed over multiple locations of BOSCH across the world.
- You will work with the sales, presales, operational teams to deliver the project goals.
