Our Client is a global player in plastics industry specializing in manufacturing sporting goods, automotive components is seeking for an
ESI Supervisor
to join their dynamic & fast-growing team to support new project development.
Job Responsibility
- Design and modify 3D data based on the designer's sketches.
- Define mold construction according to customer requirements and create mold quotations.
- Arrange part reviews and prepare DFM reports for PM and customer review.
- Negotiate mold costs and schedules with suppliers.
- Search for and qualify mold shops for outsourcing new mold openings.
- Coordinate internal trials for new molds.
- Organize mold debugging based on trial results and mold modification concepts.
