Mô tả công việc
• In this role, you will be a member of our highly reputable cost management and estimating team
• Working directly with clients & directors to provide high quality details BOQ with customized items from clients from Australia
• Ensuring for productivity, quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishment
• Carry out QA/QC checks of cost consultants’ deliverables in line with company policies
• Produce weekly dashboards and monthly cost reports and other ad hock reports as required by the Client.
• Training & manage resource to build up the team. Perform other related duties as required, supporting team members across disciplines.
Perform Department Management:
• Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the department.
• Plan and implement systems that perform the work and fulfill the mission and the goals of the department efficiently and effectively.
• Plan, evaluate, and improve the efficiency of business processes and procedures to enhance speed, quality, efficiency, and output.
• Manage the preparation and maintenance of reports necessary to carry out the functions of the department. Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.
• Give opinion and idea to build company strategy
Manager Job Requirements:
• Work and collaborate with team members throughout the country for specific project sector needs.
• Work with the Client to solve all projects issues and ensure all requirements of quality, quantity, schedule and follow government’s regulations, standards, codes.
• Develop budget estimates by performing accurate quantity takeoffs using plans and specifications, or conceptual information.
• Manage and ensure smooth and timely delivery of projects.
• Ensure the workflow to reach weekly, monthly target.
• Provide excellent customer service and technical support at all times.
• Following company standards and codes of practice in building codes.
Perform Human Resources Management:
• Plan and allocate resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals.
• Recruitment and training of new staff in all estimating processes.
• Exposure and training to international professional standards of practice for new member
• Recognize member's contribution & motivate them for continuous improvement
