Responsibilities:
An Executive Assistant, together with the Assistant team, is responsible for providing assistance to the company’s Board of Directors. This position is often trusted with complex duties and sensitive information. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem-solver with exceptional communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
● Communicate directly, on behalf of the BOD, with the Board of management (BOM), Head of Division/Department (HOD), staff, and others (internals and externals)
● Create mailings, presentations, reports for BOD and other materials for the BOM
● Research and analyze market and technology trends to advise the BOD
● Support and advise the BOD to make the company’s annual and long-term strategies and plans
● Support BOD to set annual target, KRAs, OKRs, analyze and evaluate the performance of internal departments and make recommendations to increase productivity
● Attend Board meetings as required and prepare and finalize minutes and follow up on projects
● Work with Government Agencies and Suppliers in the countries with offices to ensure the maintenance of office operations
● Be responsible for internal projects as assigned
● Other tasks as assigned
