Executive – Quantity Survey

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Quantity Take-off (QTO):
• Perform accurate and detailed quantity take-offs for Civil & Structure works from engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ensure all measurements comply with relevant standards and project requirements.
• Utilize industry-standard software for QTO and cost estimation.
2. Cost Estimation and Control:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for C&S works, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Prepare cost reports and forecasts, identifying potential cost variations and risks.
• Evaluate and analyze contractor variations and claims.
3. Market Cost Survey:
• Conduct regular market cost surveys to obtain up-to-date pricing for materials, labor, and equipment in the Hanoi region.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
• Maintain a database of market cost data for reference.
