Mô tả công việc
- Continuously nurture and leverage relationships with the
company’s provided client list.
- Coordinate and ensure pre-sales and after-sales services.
- Identify new business development opportunities by tracking potential customers and researching target clients.
- Monitor market trends, regularly update competitive landscape information, and maintain price data from various manufacturers at different times. Conduct SWOT analysis and competitor analysis.
- Identify and develop new customers to achieve monthly/ quarterly sales targets in the export markets.
- Foster close relationships with other supporting departments to streamline the sales process.
- Meet and exceed operational targets set by the leadership team, ensuring monthly revenue goals.
PROBATIONARY STRUCTURES:
- Trial allowance: Meal allowance, transport allowance, and business trip allowance (if any)
- Two-month probationary time
- Provided with office supplies such as a laptop, phone number, etc.
- Probational pay: 85% of the official income
- If there is no prior expertise or market experience, the Board of Directors will provide professional instruction.
