Mô tả công việc
• Identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Facilitate process improvement initiatives.
• Promote and maintain the value of the NCR and CAR systems.
• Support a culture of continuous improvement
• Review quality system and tracking strictly.
• Follow strictly Quality System ISO9001 and ISO14001 applied in the Factory.
• Reach six sigma standards in product quality
• Handle defect products, implement within responsibility corrective and preventive activities.
• Supervise the Quality operations to align with the Quality mission
• Check the input and output material to meet with requirements
• Check the production in line, finished good and packing
• Identify and take out defective products, work with Production team to find root cause and propose corrective actions
• Control and keep measuring equipment in good condition for operation, set up periodical plan for equipment calibration inspection
• Propose corrective actions if any complaint from customers
