Report to: Head of Oncology BU
Your roles:
• To lead and manage the field force and marketing activities (marketing tools, programs, and services) for assigned products and territories, ensuring the achievement of annual business objectives, product forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies, building strong customer relationships, and driving field force excellence while adhering to company policies and strategic objectives.
