Mô tả công việc
• Read and understand maintenance manuals and complete e-learning relative to Alfa Laval equipment: decanter, separator, heat exchanger etc.
• Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs at customer site.
• Complete preparation checklists for the service job to be undertaken.
• Follow up on actions and promises made to customers.
• Ensure safety practices and work for continuous improvement.
• Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization.
• Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares.
• Frequent travel from time to time.
. Can understand basic English, reading document in English.
. B2 driving license is a plus.
* Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by manager
