Mô tả công việc
(一)财务
1. 负责越南公司整体账务、财务报表的编制。
2. 负责越南公司税务申报工作。
3. 配合中国与越南的审计事项。
4. 负责报销审核、资料收集与整理工作。
(二)人事管理
1. 根据部门的人才需求,制定和实施招聘策略,负责人才吸引、推进面试、offer管理、入职指引培训等招聘全流程工作,确保满足人才需求;
2. 遵照越南当地法规,结合公司内部流程,统一办理员工的入职离职手续,确保合法合规;
3. 处理员工考勤、社保、发薪、福利等工作;
4. 与集团人力资源部对接日常管理工作。
(三)办公室管理
1. 负责日常办公室的运营管理,做好设备设施的维护,确保工作环境平稳高效。2. 负责办公用品、行政物资的采购及管理。
3. 负责公司员工活动、会议接待的组织筹备。
4. 处理行政事务,如费用报销及分摊、文件存档。
1. Accounting
1.1 Responsible for the overall accounting and financial statement preparation of the Vietnamese company.
1.2 Responsible for tax declaration work for Vietnamese companies.
1.3 Cooperate with audit matters between China and Vietnam.
1.4 Responsible for reimbursement review, data collection and organization.
2. Human Resources Management
2.1 Based on departmental talent needs, develop and implement recruitment strategies, responsible for talent attraction, promoting interviews, offer management, onboarding guidance, training, etc.
2.2 In accordance with local laws and regulations in Vietnam and the company's internal procedures, handle the entry and dismission procedures of employees, to ensure legality and compliance;
2.3 Handle employee attendance, Social Security insurance and welfare, payroll, and other related tasks;
2.4 Coordinate daily management work with the human resources department of the headquarters.
3. Administration
3.1 Responsible for daily office operation and management, maintaining equipment and facilities, and ensuring a stable and efficient working environment.
3.2 Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies and administrative materials.
3.3 Responsible for organization and preparation of employee activities and meeting receptions.
3.4 Handle administrative affairs, such as expense reimbursement and allocation, and document archiving.
