Master the science and technology products, services, policies and procedures, specifically credit products (including loans, cards, affiliated products, other services...) according to regulations from time to time.
- Search, exploit customers, introduce consulting, sell products and services to science and technology subjects. - Manage and care for existing customer base and exploit cross-selling of products and services.
- Make sales plans and specific action plans for each target group in the area.
- Establish relationships with new customers, maintain and develop relationships with existing customers, to increase transaction scale and market share of customers at the bank; focal point for managing, maintaining and strengthening relationships between customers and Shinhan Bank
- Support and guide customers with paperwork and paperwork procedures in accordance with Shinhan Bank's regulations and processes - Responsible for credit risk management in managed customer portfolio.
- Coordinate with individuals/Departments at the Unit to carry out cross-selling and additional selling to corporate and/or industrial customers.
- Responsible for credit risk management in managed customer portfolio. -
Responsible for appraising customers, assessing debt repayment ability, collateral... recommending credit and submitting to competent authorities for approval according to Shinhan Bank's regulations in each period.
- Monitor the purpose of capital use after credit granting, identify early warning signs and provide guidance/orientation on risk handling according to internal regulations.
- Coordinate with individuals/Units to monitor, classify debts, remind debts, collect debts, participate in handling arising bad debts... according to Shinhan Bank's regulations in each period.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Priority is given to candidates with 1 year of working experience in the banking sector.
- Graduated from College or higher with related majors such as: Economics, Finance, Credit, Banking, Business Administration, Commerce, Accounting,...
- Requires good communication skills, negotiation skills. -
