This role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our financial operations, including planning, analysis, accounting, cash flow management, risk management, and staff leadership. It‘s a key in supporting the strategic decision-making of our business units and the Board of Directors. Responsibilities as detail below:
•Forecasting, Planning & Analysis:
oBuild comprehensive financial strategies for business units on a periodic and project base.
oDevelop topline targets, including assumptions which are based BoD direction and market trends.
oPrepare detailed forecasts and budgets for the entire group.
oConsolidate and analyze financial reports to provide insights into overall performance.
•Financial Accounting:
oSupervise the day-to-day accounting operations of the group.
oManage the preparation of all financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual books closing.
oSupport and liaise with tax and external auditors during the audit process.
•Commercial Supporting:
oAssist in building and analyzing pricing models.
oManage and process A&P claims sufficiently & timely.
oValidate all sales promotion schemes to meet a minimum and approval net-selling- price.
oReview and approve sales and marketing contracts.
•Cash Flow Management:
oManage and allocate cash flow efficiently across all business units.
oOversee bank reconciliations, petty cash, account receivable and expense management.
oSecure financing as needed to support business operations.
•System Improvement:
oMaintain and continually improve the group's accounting systems and processes.
oSupervise and optimize payment and other applications to ensure smooth business operations.
•Internal Control & Tax Compliance:
oImplement and maintain effectively business processes & procedures to ensure both internal & tax compliances.
oOversee statutory reports and ensure timely and accurate filings.
•Risk Management:
oIdentify and assess potential financial and operational risks to the business.
oPropose mitigation strategies and monitor their effectiveness.
oDevelop and implement compliance safeguards to minimize internal and external risks.
•Staff Management & Leadership:
oProvide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
oDelegate tasks effectively and coach team members to develop their skills.
oUndertake other tasks/ projects assigned by BODs.
