Finance Manager

Role Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Finance Manager
to lead our FP&A and project finance functions. This role will oversee budgeting, profitability assessment, performance tracking, and business partnering across strategic projects and business units. The ideal candidate is a hands-on finance professional with experience in tech-driven industries, especially IT outsourcing or software.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and strategic financial planning.
• Evaluate and monitor project profitability, resource efficiency, and ROI.
• Partner with BU leaders to align financial targets with business strategy.
• Work with accounting to prepare and enhance monthly management reports and dashboards.
• Present financial insights and recommendations to BoM and senior management.
• Conduct deep-dive analysis on business performance, risks, and investment cases.
• Improve reporting tools, performance KPIs, and decision-making frameworks.
• Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, fundraising preparation, and M&A evaluations.
