Finance Specialist (Service Employee)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE
1. For SSE checking:
1）Check SSE payment docs base on company regulations and tax regulations (Check invoice reasonable or not. Identify the potential risks and anti-corruption. Check the invoice came from the bogus enterprise or not)
2）Making payment propagandas related legal invoice, payment regulation etc. to control and reduce tax risk, sent monthly or base on case by case.
3）SSE PR checking by Quarterly or base on BC's guidance.
4）Support staff to solve invoice problems.
2. Reconciliation between Company AR and customer payments, reconciliation between Company AR and customer AP, AP payment according to the credit term, and problematic document management custom responsibility
3. Other finance related tasks assigned by manager
