1. Position Objective
The Financial Analyst is a key role designed to bridge the gap between business needs and financial insights. The role involves analyzing, documenting, and communicating financial performance while collaborating with various stakeholders. You will contribute to the successful delivery of projects by translating complex financial analyses into actionable insights, driving process improvements, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
2. Key Responsibilities
Participate in monthly reporting, financial performance reviews, variance analysis, data preparation, SOP documentation, process mapping, and Change Management projects.
Analyze financial data to draw meaningful conclusions and provide actionable insights.
Partner with department heads to analyze financial performance.
Create reports to improve visibility of financial performance, budget variances, and data analytics.
Contribute to the preparation of monthly financial reports.
Build and maintain strong business relationships through effective communication, consulting, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare business cases for new activities or investments.
Investigate and resolve business issues or respond to information requests.
Actively promote a productive work culture by sharing knowledge and supporting organizational goals.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Excellent English skills (written and spoken) to communicate with native English-speaking teams.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
Strong analytical skills and critical thinking abilities.
Experience in presenting financial reports and analysis to non-financial stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Accounting or Finance.
At least 3 years of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
