You will collaborate with diverse teams, including Global Sales, Marketing and Aftersales division to create cutting-edge solutions that will drive the future of transportation.
As a Financial Management with a strong background in finance and analysis, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our business strategies. You will be responsible for analyzing market trends, assessing business strategies, and developing policies that optimize profitability while ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and market conditions.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on financial analysis and market insights.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate financial models and strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align policies with business objectives.
- Research, develop, and improve current business policies to fit the operational realities and business of the company.
- Manage and control the implementation of business policies built in the market.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance in all policy implementations.
- Develop business policies tailored to market needs to drive business operations, including: Sales policies suitable for each stage and market characteristics; Commission policies; Discount policies for agents, etc.
- Involve in design and develop interactive dashboards and business intelligence (BI) tools to visualize financial data and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
