Financial Planning & Analyst Supervisor

Analyzing to find any factors for business’s performance improvement.
Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and other reports, including preparing monthly commentary to explain variances between actual results and last month, budget, forecast.
Preparing, maintaining daily, monthly reports. Make sure all reports are delivered on time.
Preparing budget and forecasts, rolling forecast. Identify risks and opportunities that affect the achievement of forecast.
Ensure business owners are executing the budgeted plan, including tracking actuals, approval of projects & providing direction to business owner.
Assist in supervising finance business partner team, make sure FBPs working closely and supporting BUs in daily operation.
Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure revenue and expenses are properly recorded.
Continuously improve and develop new reporting systems and processes, assist in building database.
Developing financial models, including pricing modelling, forecasting modelling.
Preparing feasible study (financial modelling) for new projects.
Other tasks assigned by FP&A Manager.

4+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and modeling.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements.
Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to present financial information to a non-financial audience.
Advanced excel skills, other skills like Power Query, Power BI are preferred.
Detail-oriented, strong analytical thinking and problem- solving skills.
Having experience in F&B/nightlife.
