Mô tả công việc

- Receive requests and feedback from customers via phone, email, or other online chat channels,... about the company's services.
- Learn and operate a computerized reservations system.
- Making reservations and issuing air tickets through online platforms. Follow up bookings, process and support online ticket bookings.
- Handle customer requests related to booking & support services such as: reschedule requests, refund requests, add-on requests, check-in online, meal reservation, luggage, other related booking, Visa, Tour, Hotel, ect.
- Consulting, quotes, ticket conditions, airline regulations, Visa, Tour, Hotel, car, train,... for customers.
- Complete daily reports and other assigned duties. Manage assigned customer list.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- At least 06 months as a Booker or experience in Travel/ Visa/ Hotel/ Tour... is a plus.
- Diploma in business administration, English, tourism, culture, hotel management,...
- Strong understanding of passport and visa processing, Tour, booking hotel,...
- Proficient of Airline Reservations (GDS: Galileo, Abacus, Amadeus, Sabre,...), Platform Portals: IAG, Tripstack, Farelogix, Travelport, Agentconectbiz, .... etc and the LCC website.
- Being patient, attentive to detail, and responsible. Calmness, ability to find solutions, even when busy and/or under stress. Competent in handling difficult situations.
- Strong communication skills – verbal, written and active listening. Fluency in English.
- Quick learner, willing to practice and be trained.
- Customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Computer literacy with fast and accurate data entry skills, attention to detail.
