Main roles:
Client Relationships:
Strengthens and expands partnerships with key e-commerce clients, driving revenue growth and market share.
Operational Efficiency:
Manages logistics operations effectively, leading to cost savings and improved service delivery.
Project Management:
Leads projects that enhance services, keeping GHN competitive and adaptable.
Financial Integrity:
Ensures accurate billing and financial reporting through collaboration with the reconciliation team.
Revenue Growth:
Supports strategic planning and growth by accurately forecasting volumes and identifying opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction:
Manages compensation and resolves issues promptly, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

KNOWLEDGE
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce operations in Vietnam and trends in Southeast Asia and other markets.
Basic knowledge of delivery and logistics services in Vietnam, including market characteristics and competitors.
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 year of experience in Account Management, B2B Sales, Business Development, or a similar role with a focus on operations and project management.
SKILLS
Expertise in operations and project management, with the ability to manage complex logistics processes.
Business planning skills, including volume/revenue forecasting and data analysis.
Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with reconciliation teams.
Decision-making skills based on data analysis and projected outcomes.
ATTITUDE
Open-minded with the ability to adapt to changes and maintain flexibility.
Customer-centric mindset, focusing on client satisfaction.
