Full Stack Contractor Developer

Scope of Work:
1. Bug fixes and production support
2. Ongoing platform maintenance and updates
3. Implementation of small feature enhancements
Ideal Contractor Profile:
1. 4-6 years of full-stack web application development experience
2. Computer Science background beneficial but not mandatory
3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English
4. Proven ability to work effectively in distributed teams and independently
5. Adaptability and continuous learning mindset
6. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
7. High personal and professional standards of deliverables
Engagement Structure:
1. Fully remote work
2. Initial 6-month contract with possibility of 12-month extension based on performance and ongoing needs
3. Flexible working hours to accommodate work-life balance
Compensation Structure:
We offer competitive compensation above market rate.
Team Composition:
We're looking to engage a team of 3 skilled professionals for our continuous development work, ideally from mid-tier to senior level.
Additional Considerations:
1. Rates are paid in USD for services rendered
2. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses
3. Payments are made monthly based on agreed service deliverables
4. Rates may be negotiable for contractors bringing exceptional skills or experience
