HSE:
Report, control Fire Flighting, Chemical, Labor Hygiene, Safety, Environment, and ISO matters.
HR & GA:
Assist in facilities management and working conditions for employees.
Support in organizing internal events: vacation trip, GSV's family holiday, employee events,...
Report and control in recruiting, training, and HR information.
Receptionist jobs and other administrative tasks when assigned.
GENERAL:
Work with the Government and auditors about Labour and HSE matters.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Graduated from University/College majoring in Environment/ Chemical Technology, Human Resources Management, Law or related fields.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Have experience in the same position is a plus.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines.
Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
