Garment Technician

Purpose:
This is a newly created position that will have for responsibility to review and be responsible for the sample process and approval. This position aims to improve our sampling process in order to have better results in a short/middle term. You will have to work closely with the pattern team, production team and sample room team for a smooth organization and performance.
Main Tasks:
- Responsible for samples review and approval process
- Conduct fitting sessions and evaluate garment samples
- Collaborate with the pattern marker team to make precise alterations to the pattern in order to achieve the desired fit and garment appearance
- Must have the ability to create pattern (3 to 5 years’ experience)
- Providing constructive feedback to ensure proper fit and construction
- Oversee the sampling process, providing feedback and adjustments to ensure designs meet quality standards
- Work closely with production team and sample room to respect the process and meet buyers’ quality standards
