General Accountant (Manufacturing)

1. General Accounting
• Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly following to the Vietnamese law and to company regulations.
• Prepare Financial statements (B/S, PL, C/F, S/S) and Trial balance.
• Review and maintain Trial balance and General ledger on monthly basis, includes preparing journal entries and reconciliation.
• Develop accounting methods and policies.
• Control and develop Accounting software working with IT specialist to solve issues.
• Other tasks assigned by the Manager/ General Managers/ CFO.
2. Cost Accounting of Automotive manufacturing
• Controlling manufacturing cost information using for assembled finished goods
• Calculate manufacturing cost on monthly basis.
• Preparing reports regarding production, cost of goods sold, factory expense and inventory on monthly basis.
• Analyze and report cost variance between standard cost and actual cost.
• Perform physical count at factory includes accounting book reconciliation cooperate with Manufacturing and Logistics team.
3. Other Minor Duties
• Work with CPA auditors in providing the required information for audit report.
• Update latest information of accounting and tax regulations.
