Mô tả công việc

Initial
Responsible for establishing the Vietnam Finance Team. The team will be established with guidance from the Group function and within the Group’s already established structures and processes.
Responsible for and providing input into the ation of the Group ERP for use in Vietnam.
Ongoing
Responsible for month end tasks for the Vietnam ledgers within the Group, including: #Accruals and Provisions;
Prepayments;
Intercompany reconciliations;
Other items as required.
Fixed assets;
Preparation of monthly financial reports for Vietnam ledgers including balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other internal managements reports as needed.
Revaluations; and
Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations for all accounts (either preparing or reviewing / approving where applicable), including full ownership to ensure accuracy of data.
Reviewing and approving transactions posted by the Group Transactional Team.
Responsible for customer invoicing and managing collections for Vietnam entities within Group.
Responsible for (including coaching / training) the Vietnam Accounts Payable and Vietnam Transactional Accounting Teams to ensure accuracy of transactions posted to Vietnam ledgers.
Liaise with external Auditors in relation to the annual audit and half year review;
Assist with the preparation of Annual financial reporting.
Liaise with external Banking contacts where required.
Liaise with the local tax authorities for local tax compliance and assist with the preparation and lodgement of local statutory direct and indirect taxation requirements, including VAT returns and income tax returns.
Provide support to SVP, China and Divisional managers in relation to financial queries or requests.
Assist with cash flow forecasting and reporting.
Ad hoc tasks as directed by the Finance Director or Payroll Director.
Assist with process improvement and systems enhancement initiatives;
Reconcile various payroll repots, analysis and conduct research on discrepancies from the source based on payroll register.
Submit payroll and receive files for check printing and bank deposits.
Assist in bringing resolution to all payroll discrepancies and taking corrective actions to achieve compliance.
Process last pay of terminated and or resigned employees including employee clearance administration.
Ensure that payroll processing and payroll validation is done efficiently and error-free to achieve the company’s service level goals.
Update policies and procedures for payroll administration and processing.
Assist external and internal customers with payroll concerns.
Ensure all yearend activities are carried smoothly by keeping in mind all the relevant deadlines are adhered to.
Collection and management of employee information (including on boarding and exiting of staff for payroll purposes)
Review and understand all company policies with respect to those polices that may govern the assigned payroll responsibilities.
Ad hoc duties and projects as per Manager’s requests.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

5+ years financial accounting experience with independent responsibility for the company's financial operations experience.
Bachelor or above Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business, Commerce or related field.
CPA or ACCA , or other equivalent global accounting qualification (preferred).
Knowledge of payroll practices and Statutory requirements
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Chinese is preferred.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Outlook.
Experience using large ERP Systems (Workday advantageous).
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience leading and managing a team.
Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines.
