Mô tả công việc

1. Manage and operate all operational functions of Nam Long Mekong (NL Mekong), including but not limited to Finance & Accounting, Human Resources & Administration, Sales & Marketing, Construction, Design ... in production, construction, business and services of NL Mekong in line with the Group's business development and the revenue and profit set forth by Deputy Managing Director NLL.
2. Be the leader in motivating all employees to work to achieve the Company's strategic goals and vision.
3. Responsible for revenue, P&L of the Company.
4. Coordinate with functional divisions of NL Group to develop, develop and direct the implementation of policies, programs, planning and strategic direction of NL Mekong.
5. Report explaining the current and future goals of NL Mekong to Deputy Managing Director NLL. such as sales growth, profit, product/service quality, talent development and other activities.
1. Strategy development
 Develop strategies, lead and participate in the development and implementation of targets and policies of NL Mekong and Nam Long Group.
 Develop orientations to develop appropriate management structure in the Company.
 Develop land fund.
2. Company operation
 Ensure the management system is updated and working effectively.
 Build, participate in approving, develop, communicate, manage, lead and maintain the corporate culture of professional and integrity, and promote the spirit of ownership.
 Establish and maintain an effective internal control and information system.
 Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports of the Company to the Board of Directors (BOD) and propose directions and tasks in the coming time.
 Ensure that the Company's policies and procedures comply with current legal regulations.
 Set up a reporting system for the Board of Management (BOM).
 Accountable for clear and specific reports.
3. Financial management
 Develop business plans (BP) (budget, OB…) to achieve annual BP, cost norms for business development items, operation of NL Mekong.
 Periodically monitor budget control according to plan and have specific accountability in case of over budget.
 Accounting and financial management (taxes, ...) reporting to Deputy Managing Director NLL.
 Manage capital assigned from the Group.
4. External relations/customers
 Develop and expand customers, business partners, investors.
 Supervise the process of service operation, production and construction to ensure perfect works with the criterion of not having any technical errors in construction.
 Participate in/organize meetings with and visits to relevant state agencies to implement and deploy issues related to operations, business, policies, procedures, etc. within the functions and business scope of NL Mekong.
 Interact with township, manage residential areas.
 Ensure legal issues.
 Measure customer satisfaction according to set KPIs.
 Corporate governance according as per COA prescribed.
