Mô tả công việc

• Lead in-country client team to ensure efficiency in execution of their sourcing strategy, key initiatives, be able to cultivate strong vendor relationships and vendor performance to meet client market objectives and KPI’s.
• Drive business growth by working closely with client on their internal business strategies, forward business forecasting, be able align market activities to achieve both Connor and client growth potential, in line with Corporate and client strategic direction.
• Support team responsible for supplier and product development and build resources to support the growth of business, capturing opportunities and overcoming market threats.
• Lead client key initiatives within the market producing results to meet targets and timelines.
• Partner with client to understand their needs and translate said needs into practical actions through collaboration with HK and other cross-functional partners.
• Communicate closely with clients regarding market influences on business and actions relating to problem resolution.
• Direct & lead direct reports to meet changing business demands for client satisfaction in a timely manner.
• Develop teams and focus on building bench strength within all levels. Supervise, train and appraise the performance of direct reports and evaluate down lines.
• Develop and maintain a commitment to excellence and high service quality to meet the changing business demands to sustain long term business growth.
• Align with MD to prepare annual shipment and expense budget to ensure continuous growth, striving to exceed planned shipments; control expenses and plan manpower efficiently to meet budget.
• Anticipate changes which may impact sales volume, expenses, profitability and human resources requirements.
• Ensure appropriate procedures related to vendor selection, vendor technical strengths and weaknesses, production capacities and vendor shipment performances are in place. Work with team for regular vendor matrix review.
• Monitor team productivity in handling existing business and identifying new vendors.
• Collaborate and coordinate with QA and Technical counterparts to ensure all products routinely and consistently meet acceptable standards required by customers.
• Ensure Corporate financial, market and management reports are accurate and submitted on a timely basis.
• Perform additional duties as required to meet Company’s objectives
