Mô tả công việc
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
– Develop and execute a business development plan that includes the identification of target markets, key decision-makers, and sales strategies.
– Attend networking events, trade shows, and other industry events to establish and maintain a professional network.
– Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and development, to develop and implement new service offerings that meet customer needs.
– Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
– Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
– Negotiate contracts and close deals.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
-Experience working at an Agency for 5 years
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Fluent in written and spoken English and Vietnamese
– Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
– Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Attention to detail, ability to understand processes, and adapt to tracking own work systematically and accurately
– Strong organizational and project management skills.
– Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends.
– Time-oriented, good management skills with the ability to hit goals within set deadlines
