Mô tả công việc

Job Purpose:
The Group Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive growth and brand awareness for the company across categories. This position will act on behalf of the MKT director, directly manage a strategy team, coordinate with and collect information from 3 MKT leaders to report to the MKT Director, and provide direction and guidance to ensure the successful execution of all marketing plan, strategy & initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for total company (40%)
•Be responsible for all marketing strategy, action plans and business result of total company.
•Conduct in-depth market research to identify target audiences, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
•Set clear and measurable marketing goals aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
•Develop and implement marketing plans that encompass various channels, including digital marketing, social media, traditional advertising, and public relations.
•Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels.
•Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
•Forecasts market trends
2.Strategic Brand Planning (20%)
•Prepare annual Marketing plans with global brand strategies and positioning
•Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our brand, products, and services (including budget allocation, timelines, and expected outcomes);
•Develop communication/ NPI strategy that in-line with company vision & mission
•Define & excavate brand essence
3.Budget Management (10%)
•Manage the A&P budget to within budget limits, as agreed with the brand principal and MKT Director
•Collaborate with the Sales, Trade Marketing and Supply Chain departments on forecasts, field sales needs, pricing and marketing initiative to ensure alignment across the organization and achieve business goals.
4.Retain and develop talent (20%):
•Recruit new talents
•Retain talents through various coaching & support
•Build up team spirit to create warming & highly energetic environment for team to grow Creates marketing strategies to launch and market new products
5.Report (10%):
•To act on behalf of the MKT director, receiving information and reports from MKT leaders and reporting directly to the MKT director. Additionally, receive directions from the MKT director and BOD to deploy implementation to teams, ensuring smooth and optimal operations.
