Role and Responsibilities:
• Communicate swiftly and actively with overseas partners and domestic suppliers to accommodate the requirement of customers within budget
• Ensuring that all accommodation bookings are communicated to our suppliers.
• Supervise GIT team to ensure that the team is providing excellent customer service to customers on ground.
• Build and maintain excellent external relationship with suppliers, ensuring that they can get accurate information and timely response to their queries.
• Check invoices and communicate with accounting department for payment
• Participate in trainings, workshops, inspections and surveys as scheduled
• Communicate frequently with other team such as Sales, Operations and Customer Relations matters where necessary
Note:
-Salary is paid in VND. Growth Monthly Salary: VND 15,000,000～
-40 hours a week (some flexibility required during high season with paid overtime
