Mô tả công việc
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies (both online and offline) to drive user growth and increase trading volume
- Design and implement experiments to identify effective tactics for increasing feature adoption and activation rates.
- Optimize the onboarding process to ensure new users quickly understand and realise the value of our products.
- Work on policy, necessary resources and technical system design to support and select top social content creators
- Be project manager of Alpha Creator Program: propose strategy and execute campaign to acquire new social content creators
- Quickly gather data about market trends and user insights to improve campaign effectiveness and efficiency
- Work with multiple functions including product, design, broker, customer success, research to implement growth campaigns
- Consistently and comprehensively communicate with team and leader(s) to ensure a shared understanding of goals, deadlines, and deliverables.
