Job Purpose:
Do time study and motion study to make SAM bulletin and sewing line layout, prepare the FS for loading style and do line balancing analysis to improve efficiency
Job Description:
1. Take video film of sewing operation for motion study
2. Do motion analysis to set up SAM for sewing operation on IEES system
3. Prepare SAM bulletin and sewing layout before starting bulk production and update SAM data on Gpro & ETS system
4. Do Feasibility Study & Preparation for new style loading i.e. machine planning; prepare folder & attachment specification; method & SAM analysis & establishment; process layout & operational work instruction
5. Do time study by using stopwatch for cutting and Finishing operation to determine SAM
6. Audit the motion operation in production line to ensure the SAM analysis is correct and do improvement to reduce the SAM
7. Daily Line Efficiency monitoring to improve line balancing
8. Set up WI for all operations in production process
9. Analyze daily productivity incentive to push up for efficiency improvement
10. Monitor Productivity Incentive, analysis the abnormal cases through monitor & validate production data
11. Make training plan and follow training schedule for new style loading
