Position: Head of Corporate & VIP
Report to: National Sales Director
JOB SUMMARY
• Attain turnover targets in alignment with the company's business development strategy.
• Maintain and expand a network of corporate and VIP clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships.
• Represent the luxury and prestige of the Pernod Ricard brand to HNWI, enhancing their experience and engagement.
• Develop and manage an exclusive HNWI website to cater to the unique needs and preferences of these clients.
• Lead a nationwide team, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic direction and goals.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Department to enhance brand image, increase market share, and drive the company’s reputation.
• Develop and leverage sponsorship channels to promote PRVN’s image and increase sales volume.
• Team Management: Manage the nationwide team effectively, ensuring alignment with the company’s direction and strategic goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Strategic Planning & Projects:
• Develop nationwide strategic business plans for both inside and outside Tet in alignment with company strategic objectives, prepare corporate sales action plan for the year in line with PRVN strategic plan, implement and conduct 3-monthly business reviews, in order to expand business opportunities and ensure that corporate sales contribute to the achievement of strategic goals.
• Build up connection with High Net worth Individuals, work with Marketing to propose limited edition items for HNWI and providing personalize service.
• Build up HNWI website to create luxury digital platform.
• Create mindset of sponsorship activities combing driving sales volume, set plan to go with right Business Association, identify KOL to influence people using PRVN’s product.
• Develop NBD business, target new customers in industrial zones and provinces.
• Coordinate with Marketing department to enhance brand image and reputation and increase market share. Make sure every activity follows brand guideline.
• Well Well-corporated with Trade Marketing team on implement strategic business plan such as Dinner, Showroom decoration, Tet Catalogue and Promotion design.
2. Budgeting & Control:
• Provide demand forecast for responsible customer(s), assist in developing annual Traditional Off-Trade budget, set corporate sales targets for the team and deliver assigned sales target, submit estimations of budget required to reach such targets.
• Manage and control team expenses related to travel and TNE within the assigned budget
• Balance budget of sponsorship, networking events, tasting sessions to make sure to deliver team KPI.
3. Key Account Management:
• Identify and develop new business channels, set strategic plans for the team, and expand the corporate market network. Attract new clients, manage customer relationships, and explore new business opportunities to achieve corporate sales targets.
• Lead and manage the team to align with company direction and drive them to meet KPIs.
• Provide after-sales service to HNWI, ensuring smooth management of orders and timely follow-up on requests.
• Develop strong partnerships with external stakeholders to enable HNW customer acquisition and retention.
• Engage with relevant luxury companies for cross-collaboration events and database acquisition.
• Partner with relevant F&B venues to develop HNW acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
4. Business Information & Intelligence:
• Keep active watch on market, monitoring competitors, distribution centers, retailers, and consumer trends. Capture and share relevant information on the Chatter platform to ensure PRVN remains adaptable to market changes and competitive innovations.
5. Animation & Visibility:
• Initiate and organize promotional activities, PR and visibility events with the support of Trade Marketing, Brand Team and global guidelines, in order to secure new and renewed corporate sales.
• Collaborate with business partners to increase brand awareness.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams to develop tailor-made consumer promotion programs for VIP and private sales.
6. Sales Reporting:
• Participate in monthly Sales & Marketing performance reviews, providing valuable insights for strategic business decisions and accurate forecasts.
7. Customer Insights & Competitor Analysis:
• Enrich knowledge and provide insights into HNW customers.
• Collect Personally Identifiable Information on VIP customers in compliance with PDPA regulations to improve VIP customer management.
• Identify, report, and propose counter-measures to competitors' activities.
