Job Purpose
The Data Center Manager is responsible for leading and managing all data-related activities and is at the forefront of building the company's digital foundation. The primary goal is to develop and deploy digital platforms to support sales channels, sales teams, and customer support, thereby improving operational efficiency and achieving the company's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
1. Building a Data Management Platform for Sales Channels and Sales Force:
• Seamlessly connecting business unit requirements with headquarters, ensuring data integration from various sources to create a comprehensive and accurate information system.
• Designing and implementing a new sales journey that aligns customer journeys with the sales force journey across all touchpoints.
• Developing suitable digital platforms to support sales channels and the sales force, ensuring smooth operation.
• Implementing and operating a CRM system.
• Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating regular reports to evaluate the performance of the sales channel.
2. Building a Customer Support Platform:
• Researching and developing new platforms and features to support customers, monitoring customer performance and experience.
• Developing a customer relationship management (CRM) system to collect, store, and analyze customer data.
• Building and deploying predictive models to serve business requirements, maintaining the efficient operation of the customer support platform, and minimizing risks.
• Developing exploration and analysis activities to identify added values and support decision-making.
• Supporting relevant departments in using customer data to create effective marketing and customer service strategies.
