Job Scope / Position Summary
• Purpose of this role: The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategy and branding, with extensive experience in leading marketing initiatives across various industries. This role requires a visionary leader who can elevate our brand presence, drive strategic marketing initiatives, and significantly impact our market position in Vietnam.
• No. of subordinate: 16
• Non-financial KPIs for this role: Strengthen Generali brand awareness and reference; Effectively support distribution channels via channel marketing activities; Strengthen digital appearance and application; Effectively launching CSR activities following Group guideline.
• Description of key challenge of this role: Include establishing and differentiating the brand in a highly competitive Vietnamese life insurance market; Crafting unique value propositions and compelling brand messages that resonate with diverse customer segments is crucial; Adapting and innovating marketing strategies to keep pace with market dynamics and technological advancements is essential. Ensuring compliance with local regulations while driving creative marketing initiatives presents an ongoing challenge; Additionally, fostering strong brand loyalty and effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners are vital for sustained success.

Main Responsibility
1. Strategic Leadership:
- Lead the creation of short-term and long-term strategic plans to drive business growth and brand equity.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategy adjustments and innovations.
2. Brand Management
- Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels and campaigns.
- Oversee the development and execution of branding initiatives to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain brand consistency and alignment with the international brand strategy.
3. Marketing Operations:
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing department, including budgeting, planning, and team management.
- Utilize data analytics to measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, optimizing for ROI.
4. Team Leadership and Development:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment that encourages continuous improvement and professional growth.
- o Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure team alignment with business objectives.
5.Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, partners, and external agencies.
- Represent the marketing function in executive meetings, providing insights and recommendations based on market analysis and performance metrics.
