To lead the team to deliver the business plan with profitable growth. Details of work as follows:
• Work with management team and regional team on the profitable growth strategy of the Property and Engineering portfolio
• Lead the team to execute the strategy, monitor on progress, identify the Gap, recommend action to meet the business target, both Top line and Bottom Line
• Perform and Manage the Team to perform underwriting activities in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements; internal guidelines to ensure obligations are met
• Act as a technical expert to support the identification of issues and opportunities within the Product in charge
• Motivate and develop the team by demonstrating good leadership behaviors and management best practice to support the achievement of business goals
