Mô tả công việc
1. Supporting the work of the Training and Coaching Department:
- Assisting in drafting the content, plan to organize training and coaching programs;
- Working with agencies to organize training courses;
- Sending invitations to organizations and individuals to participate in training courses;
- Other tasks when required.
2. Supporting the work of the Public Relation and Communication department:
- Posting on the Association's communication tools (Website, Zalo official, online publications, etc.);
- Other tasks when required.
3. Supporting the work of External Affairs and International Cooperation Department:
- Supporting in drafting documents for External Affairs and International Cooperation Department;
- Other tasks when required.
4. Perform administrative tasks:
- Reception of guests coming to work;
- Preparing the meeting room;
- Storing records and documents effectively and scientifically;
- Other tasks when required.

- Working place: 12th Floor, Hanoi Tower, 49 Hai Ba Trung, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi;
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday (lunch break for 1 and a half hours) and 8:00 - 12:00 on Saturday. Off the second and the last Saturday of the month.
- Dynamic and enthusiastic, professional working environment;
- Having Tet holidays and public holidays in accordance with the Labor Law and the Association's policies;
- Having the opportunity to sign an official labor contract & get promoted at work;
- Working place: 12th Floor, Hanoi Tower, 49 Hai Ba Trung, Tran Hung Dao ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi;
- Working time: 8:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday (lunch break for 1 and a half hours) and 8:00 - 12:00 on Saturday. Off the second and the last Saturday of the month.
Yêu cầu kỹ năng
- Only Vietnamese citizen;
- Female, age group from 22 to 26, good-looking, graduated from university or higher, priority is given to majors in administrative management, public relation and communication, external affairs and international cooperation;
- Required skills: Individual work management, teamwork skills;
- Communicating fluently in English, have one of the foreign language certificates such as IELTS (over 6.5); TOEIC (over 700) or equivalent;
- Priority is given to personnel who are able to communicate fluently in one of the foreign languages such as French, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, and Spanish...;
- Priority is given to personnel with working experience in professional social organizations, non-profit organizations and public relation and communication angencies;
- Hardworking, careful, honest, eager to learn;
- Candidates with at least one (01) year of experience working in organizational administration is a plus;
- Enthusiastic and proactive;
- Proficient in using office software (Word, Excel, Power-Point).
