We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Battery Chief Engineer to lead our engineering team in the design, development, and optimization of advanced Lithium Battery.
CF Group is a multi-industry corporation, combined with Taiwanese company Apogee Taiwan, to establish Apogee Power Vietnam company. Producing and packaging battery and energy products, exporting to markets such as the US, Japan, etc.

A. Job description
Set up New Company in Viet Nam
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the management team and staff to achieve high levels of performance and professional development.
• Reports to: [Board of Directors / Chairman]
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, legal standards, and corporate policies.
• Strong strategic planning and business development skills.
• Understanding of electrical systems, electrical equipment, PLC, HMI, Servo, control algorithms, especially battery systems
