We hold the distinction of being the first private company in Hanoi with a full, direct wine importation and distribution license. Through our strong relationships with world-renowned wineries, we've become the trusted wine partner of premium hotels, restaurants, distributors, and corporates across Vietnam. We also manage a successful chain of 10 retail shops, offering a curated selection of over 700 wines and spirits from award-winning international producers.
• Plan customer appointments and conduct sales visits within the assigned territory to promote our products and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain a robust network and foster close relationships with key customers.
• Manage direct reports and other team members as the organization grows.
• Develop and achieve depletion goals, profitability targets, and market pricing strategies.
• Sustain, enhance, and optimize existing business relationships with international HORECA outlets in the region.
• Forecast and report on stock levels and sales performance.
• Execute marketing activities for various brands as per company requirements and Marketing Manager guidelines.
• Ensure our brands are strategically positioned in their market segments.
• Organize regular marketing events such as tastings, high-profile visits, and promotional activities.
