OBJECTIVE:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for an HR Admin & Accountant to join our Finance & HR team. To strengthen our business, we are looking for someone who will be responsible as described below.
PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for HR & Accounting functions of ZWILLING Vietnam.
HR & Admin Task:
• Supporting the entire recruitment process and performance to ensure sufficient and effective manpower.
• Responsible for onboard and offboard process including prepare and issue all employee documents.
• Liaise internally and externally to process foreign documentation and ensure a smooth immigration experience.
• Maintaining staff records.
• Responsible for the entire payroll process, statutory compliance & disbursement of salary on time.
• Monitoring works of SI, HI, UI. Liaise with external vendors to supervise and check the insurance matters for the employees.
• Responsible for PIT declaration and finalization under the labor law.
• Implementing new ideas to make our work environmentally friendly and pleasant in the workplace. Monitor employee surveys and define measures where needed. Speak to employees in advance to find out about their needs.
• Organizing internal and external trainings to enhance our employees' skills.
• Ensuring proper execution of purchasing processes, including but not limited to processing requests, searching for suppliers, and approving payments.
Accounting tasks:
• Issuing VAT invoices in compliance.
• Raising payment application form for trading business.
• Reconciling sales data with the partners/customers.
• In charge of preparing and posting the accounting entries.
• Auditing vouchers/invoices and posting in SAP for all reimbursement, account receivable and account payable and procurement of properties.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Controlling and ensure the accuracy and sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting and financing such as commercial invoices, business contracts, custom documents, etc.
• Participating in annual stocktaking, or any random stock check periodically.
• Reply to ad hoc reports as requested by local authorities.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Managers.
